Phillip Allan is a founding member of Cashel Chambers and has been practicing as a lawyer for 15 years.

Phillip has a wide-ranging practice, and having practiced in both a lawyer firm and as a Barrister, which means he has both knowledge and ability in most areas of law.

Phillip is a Pal 3 Legal Aid Provider in Criminal , Family and Civil Law, and is also a regular Duty Solicitor at the Court. He is also is authorised by the New Zealand Law Society to take instructions direct from clients where appropriate.
